Cuatro Hermanos means four brothers
One family, one recipe box, and a shared love of Latin cooking — served fresh in the heart of Westport.
From a family table to yours
Cuatro Hermanos was born the way most good things are — around food, with family.
The name means “four brothers,” and that’s exactly what we are: four siblings who grew up watching sofrito hit a hot pan and learning that the guacamole is only as good as the avocado you start with. When we opened our doors at 43 Saugatuck Ave, we brought that whole recipe box with us.
Our menu roams across the Americas on purpose. Mexican tacos and quesadillas sit happily beside Venezuelan arepas, Argentine churrasco, Peruvian lomo saltado and Colombian-style empanadas — because that’s how we like to eat, and we think you will too.

The way we cook
Family first
Every recipe came from one kitchen table. We cook for guests the way we cook for family.
Real ingredients
Fresh herbs, real avocados, sofrito simmered daily. No shortcuts on flavor.
Craft over speed
Hand-pressed arepas, mashed-to-order guac, grilled plates with care.
Rooted in Westport
Proud to feed our neighbors, seven days a week, one plate at a time.
How we got here
It starts with mamá
A worn box of index cards — sofrito, chimichurri, the empanada dough that had to rest just so.
One shared dream
Raised on those recipes, the four of us wanted a place where Westport could taste them too.
43 Saugatuck Ave
We opened a bright, honest kitchen serving Mexican, Central and South American favorites side by side.
Made fresh, every day
From authentic tacos to churrasco, we still cook the way we always have — together.
