Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Cuatro Hermanos website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Menu, pricing & availability
We work to keep menu items, descriptions and prices accurate, but they may change without notice and items may sell out. Prices shown on the website are for reference; the price at checkout or confirmed by phone governs your order. Images and illustrations are for presentation and may not depict exact portions.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is unavailable). We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Delivery & takeout
Delivery is available within our service area, subject to a minimum order and delivery fee as noted on the site. Estimated times are approximations, not guarantees. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us promptly with any issue.
Allergies & dietary information
Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, shellfish, eggs and nuts. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from a given allergen. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, tell us before ordering.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, illustrations and layout — is owned by or licensed to Cuatro Hermanos and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party services (such as ordering or mapping platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuatro Hermanos is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
